With over two decades in the automotive dealership industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in nearly every position within a dealership, from foundational roles to executive leadership. This breadth of experience allows me to relate to each manager, understand their unique challenges, and identify ways the back office can support and elevate their work. My career has been dedicated to helping dealerships streamline financial operations, enhance transparency, and achieve sustainable growth.
Most recently, I served as the Chief Financial Officer for Auto Services Unlimited, a multi-state dealership group, where I focused on financial oversight and operational stability to drive long-term growth. In previous roles, including my position as CFO at Bravo Auto Group, I led a financial turnaround for three dealerships and played a critical role in acquiring two additional locations, overseeing Finance, HR, and IT to support a smooth transition and sustained growth.
At Jackie Cooper Imports of Tulsa, I contributed to strategic growth and future-proofing the dealership through meticulous financial planning. Prior to this, as CFO of The Wichita Luxury Collection, I managed the M&A sale of 11 franchises to the Walser Auto Group when the owners chose to retire, ensuring a seamless transition for both the group and its new owners.
I’ve also held key leadership roles at Towbin Automotive and John Vance Auto Group, where I directed financial and operational improvements. My experience at Jim Holman Mitsubishi and Jim Holman Chevrolet, where I served as Controller, Minority Partner, and General Manager, provided me with a deep understanding of dealership operations and the financial challenges they face. In addition, I bring over 20 years of experience in the Buy Here Pay Here sector, spanning from ownership and accounting to bank negotiations to secure operating capital for finance companies.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a robust skill set in financial analysis, cash management, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, team building, and turnaround management. I pride myself on being a strategic thinker who can lead through change, guiding dealerships toward financial stability and growth by aligning every department’s efforts.
